These rules govern market creation, settlement logic, payouts, account use and support procedures inside the mini app.

Settlement sources
Events are resolved using official match reports, exchange prices, league publications, organizer statements, or other clearly identifiable sources. If a result cannot be verified fairly, the event can be canceled and stakes refunded.
Prediction risk notice
Prediction pools involve financial risk. Users should only participate with amounts they can afford to lose, review the event wording before confirming, and understand that confirmed predictions cannot be canceled.
Eligibility and access
Sidepick is designed for eligible adults who can lawfully use prediction-pool products in their location. Users are responsible for following local rules and for keeping their Telegram and wallet access secure.
Support and disputes
Questions about deposits, withdrawals, event settlement, or account access can be raised through the in-app support flow. Settlement disputes should be submitted within 24 hours of finalization.
1. Platform Rules
By using SidePick, you agree to abide by our platform rules and regulations. All bets are final once placed and cannot be cancelled or modified.
2. Calculation Rules
Payouts are calculated based on the total pool and your share of the winning outcome. The platform takes a commission from profits only, not from your original bet amount.
Formula: Your Payout = (Your Bet / Total on Winning Outcome) × Total Pool - Commission
3. Payout Policy
Payouts are processed automatically once an event is finalized. Funds are credited to your wallet balance immediately. In case of a refund (no bets on winning outcome), all bets are returned to participants.
4. Event Finalization
Events are finalized by administrators after the event ends. Results are based on official sources and are final. Disputes must be raised within 24 hours of event finalization.
5. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. All bets placed from your account are considered valid. We are not liable for unauthorized access to your account.
6. Minimum Bet Amount
Each event may have a minimum bet amount. You must have sufficient balance to place a bet. Insufficient funds will result in a rejected bet.
7. Platform Commission
The platform charges a commission only on profits. The commission rate is displayed before placing a bet. Your original bet amount is never subject to commission.
